My work schedule for art is Mon-Fri, morning to early evening. May vary.I will always set the MAX delivery time frame to be 5 months or less for the safety of the customer in case anything happens to me, you can get your money back. (:Turnaround will be a minimum of 3 months but before 6 for sure, unless rushed.Please be aware of this before commissioning me.BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL THESE TERMS.

GENERAL

  • I own the creative rights to all my art and designs.

  • You may not take credit for my work at any point. Credit me properly.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission or refund it at any point if I cannot deliver. You may NOT harass me for this choice. I will block you.

  • Please note that I will NOT be making changes after the commission is delivered unless I made a mistake I hadn’t noticed on my part. I won’t accept nitpicking over something that could’ve been addressed over the sketch to coloring process. Don't bother asking for changes on skebs either unless the prior statement applies.

  • Please be aware that once the sketch is fully approved and I move onto lining and coloring, major changes will NOT be made.

  • Don’t ask me to draw or color in anyone else’s style. If you don’t want my style, don’t commission me.

  • Don’t ask me constantly for updates and harass me every few hours, etc. I will send when I’m ready. If you continuously pester me, I will cancel the commission. Please note you’re very welcome to ask for updates every once in a while, just be reasonable! :)

  • If you fail to communicate and approve the steps of the commission (sketch, colors, etc) by the due date, I will finish the piece and submit it according to what I showed you. I will not accept changes except something minor I might've forgotten due to your lack of communication.

  • I will NOT design a character for you unless it is specifically a character design request. For anything else, please send full references of your character or it will be declined.

  • Please note that my overall lines tend to be a bit sketchy as it is simply the way I draw. If you're expecting perfectly clean lines (outside of pixel art) then my style might not be suitable for you.

  • Reselling designs I've made is perfectly okay as long as they are properly credited and not sold for higher than you paid. It is okay to add price of art you've received, though! ( Ex: Design was $200 and you got $100 worth of comms for it, making the total resell value $300)

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

For commercial usage, there will be a fee applied.I want to clarify what commercial means in terms of fees, specifically for vtubing.

Personal Use Examples

  • Profile Pics/Banners

  • Posting on social media

  • Using it as personal OC reference

  • RP/Worldbuilding

  • Vtubers may use it for their schedule art and post it to their social media without needing to pay a fee! (:

Commercial Use Examples (Vtubing/Streaming)

  • Design to be made into model/costume/asset for streaming

  • Start/Ending screen or any asset in general such as emotes, panels, etc.

It’s only considered commercial IF it is used for streaming or monetary gain purposes. Vtubers do not need to pay extra fees if the art is used for personal means. (:

Merch/Sales:

  • Under $50, there will be a $50 fee applied.

  • $50 - $100 there will be a $100 fee applied.

  • Anything over $100 can be discussed!

PAYMENTS

  • Payment will be upfront only. No exceptions.

  • I will not start nor add it to my list until full payment is received.

  • I will never accept payment after work, only before. Please do not ask to do this.

  • Payment plans are accepted as long as there is a down payment made. (This only applies to $100+ purchases)

  • I will not work until payment plan is completed.

RUSH FEES

  • 1 Day Delivery - $300

  • 3 Day Delivery - $250

  • 1 Week Delivery - $200

  • Within 2 weeks - $150

  • Within 3 weeks - $100

  • Within 4 weeks - $70

  • Anything else can be discussed!

Please note that I do not work on weekends for the most part.If required by same weekend, then price is doubled.Please note that you will not be added to my list nor will I start your commission until it's fully paid.Note that putting a due date that exceeds 3 weeks as it’s not listed above will still not guarantee that it will be done that exact day as a fee was not paid.Example: If you input an order for a 3 week deadline but do not pay until 5 days before, you will either pay a rush fee for it to be done on the specified date or wait until it's your turn from the order of commission on my list regardless of how long it takes.Turnaround time per commission without rush depends on many factors. I will always have it delivered before six months, though it’s usually around 3-4 months.
Be aware of this when commissioning me.I will NOT rush a commission for free. No exceptions.

Refunds will not be provided unless I exceed the delivery date or cannot do the commission for whatever other reason.Please be aware if this when commissioning me!

REFUNDS

  • Adoptables are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • Down payments are non-refundable.

  • Adopt payment plans are non-refundable.

  • If you change your mind halfway through payment of an adopt, be aware that I will NOT provide a refund and the adopt will be put up for sale again.

  • Be responsible when bidding and purchasing adopts.

  • If you don't like the result of a finished commission, particularly a skeb, that is not grounds for a refund. If I followed your instructions and did not make mistakes in properly presenting the character, then I am not at fault.

  • Any attempt to refund or chargeback a completed commission or adopt will result in blocking and blacklisting as it is considered scamming.
